4+ years of stormwater, H&H, and drainage design experience
Proficiency in OpenRoads, Civil 3D, or AutoCAD (OpenRoads training offered for candidates without experience)
Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or related engineering discipline
Professional Engineer (PE) license

Job Responsibility

Support and lead hydrologic and hydraulic analyses
Prepare drainage reports
Develop design documents and produce plans for stormwater and roadway drainage projects
Contribute to the design of municipal storm sewer systems, surface drainage, and flood control solutions
Review design documents and reports
Assist with project management and scheduling for stormwater projects
Perform H&H calculations using governing codes, standards, and engineering judgment
Prepare construction plans, specifications, technical memorandums, and drainage reports
Develop probable construction cost estimates
Observe construction activities and coordinate with contractors
