Carrying out a range of services associated with the cleaning, clearance, repair, and maintenance of our customers’ drains
Operation of High-Pressure Water Jetting Equipment in line with rigorous safety standards
Carrying out surveys
Providing an exceptional standard of customer service and technical expertise
Accurately recording work/job details via a range of bespoke internal/client systems and apps
Communicate effectively with high profile commercial and domestic clients and Metro Rod Support Centre colleagues to ensure excellent customer service is always provided
Being part of an on-call rota to help service our clients 24/7 / 365 days a year
CCTV and coding, as well as patching & lining on top of the regular reactive duties
Requirements
Experience in commercial & domestic Drainage is essential
Experience in drain cleaning, drain repairs, patch lining
Drainage tickets including HPWJ, Confined spaces and CSCS
Have experience with CCTV Surveys and Lining
Will have a positive, flexible, can-do attitude
Be willing to work occasional / unsociable hours
Hold a full UK driving licence – must be over 25 for insurance purposes
