Reactive Drainage Engineer Metrorod Norwich Full time permanent Salary £30,000 - £50,000 DOE including on call, overtime & benefits Metro Rod work with the likes of Equans, Amey, Aldi, Mitie, Greggs, McDonalds, Wetherspoons and many more in the FM, Social Housing, Property Management, Retail, Industrial and Leisure sectors. Together, the brands provide a complete one-stop shop for keeping water and waste flowing. What’s involved? We are looking for someone who can do CCTV and coding, as well as patching & lining on top of the regular reactive duties: Carrying out a range of services associated with the cleaning, clearance, repair, and maintenance of our customers’ drains Operation of High-Pressure Water Jetting Equipment in line with rigorous safety standards Carrying out surveys Providing an exceptional standard of customer service and technical expertise Accurately recording work/job details via a range of bespoke internal/client systems and apps Communicate effectively with high profile commercial and domestic clients and Metro Rod Support Centre colleagues to ensure excellent customer service is always provided Being part of an on-call rota to help service our clients 24/7 / 365 days a year.
