Job Responsibility:
Structural Drafting: Prepare detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings for steel structures, including roof structures, plant facilities, and data center frameworks.
Modeling & Detailing: Utilize AutoCAD and Tekla Structures (bonus) to create accurate shop drawings, assembly drawings, and Erection Drawings (ED).
C&S Coordination: Work closely with Civil & Structural (C&S) engineers to ensure designs meet load requirements and architectural specifications.
Material Listing: Generate accurate Material Take-Offs (MTO) and Bolt Lists to support procurement and fabrication teams.
Documentation: Maintain systematic records of all drawing revisions, ensuring the latest versions are communicated to site teams and sub-contractors.
Requirements:
Education: Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related technical field.
Experience: Open to various experience levels
however, prior exposure to Data Centers, Roof Structures, or Industrial Plants is highly regarded.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
Experience with Tekla Structures is a significant advantage.
Soft Skills: High attention to detail, ability to read complex structural blueprints, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Availability: Must be comfortable with a 5.5-day work week (Saturday half-day).
