Grade 12 or equivalent
Forest Pit and Road Construction Equipment Operator – Common Core
Machine Qualification or experience (preferred)

Job Responsibility

Operating the dozer in a safe and efficient manner
Working in harmony with other forestry equipment to keep operations running efficiently
Daily machine inspections
Daily machine maintenance including greasing and fueling
Operating CB radio
Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Job Responsibility

Operate and monitor preparation plant to optimize production and quality as directed by the CHPP Production Supervisor

Perform CHPP roving duties to monitor CHPP performance and make adjustments as required
Perform first response breakdown maintenance tasks as required
Conduct P.M. inspections
Operate stockpile dozers to manage the product coal stockpile
Operate stockpile dozers for reclaim operations and train loading
Maintain CHPP equipment as requested during scheduled maintenance periods
Maintain cleanliness of all areas of the CHPP and Train Loadout
