Job Description:

We are currently seeking Remote Dozer Operators to join our team for two major Tailings Dams projects in the Hunter Valley, NSW. The primary responsibility of the Dozer Operator is to operate both manual and remote-controlled heavy earthmoving equipment, with a focus on tracked dozers. This role is crucial for the capping operations involved in the closure of tailings storage facilities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Operate both manual and remote-controlled heavy earthmoving equipment, with a focus on tracked dozers
  • Push mine overburden material in an open-cut environment to ensure the successful completion of the capping works

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience operating D10/D11 Dozers
  • Remote Dozer experience is highly regarded but not essential
  • Current C Class Drivers Licence
  • Be willing and eager to learn to upskill your career
  • RII's competencies or SSE signed training transcripts, within the last 5 years
