MadiganGill are currently looking for an experienced Dozer Driver to join a civil engineering project based in Bristol. This is a long-term opportunity with consistent hours and potential weekend work available.

Job Responsibility

  • Operating a Dozer safely and efficiently on a civil engineering site
  • Assisting with site preparation, grading, and earthmoving tasks
  • Following site health & safety procedures at all times

Requirements

  • Valid CPCS or NPORS (CSCS hologram) Competent Operator Card
  • Proven experience operating a Dozer on civil engineering projects
  • Full PPE required
  • Strong awareness of site safety and procedures

  • Load and unload materials, debris, and other construction items
  • Follow grade stakes and interpret site plans, blueprints, and project layout
  • Maintain accurate logs and equipment use records
  • Adhere to all safety protocols, including use of PPE and awareness of surroundings
  • Identify and report mechanical issues or safety hazards to supervisors immediately
  • Support concrete crews with equipment tasks as needed, including pouring assistance, hoisting, and transporting materials
