Collaborate effectively with ambulatory and hospital teammates and clinicians
Assist families in initiating and strengthening the parent-child relationship
Maintain appropriate documentation of all participating patient encounters in the electronic medical record
Flexible scheduling, including on-call coverage, to attend births of assigned participating patients
Provide back-up assistance to other doulas
