Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency
Must be a licensed Forklift Operator for the Raymond Reach
Must have experience in operating a Forklift
Can lift up to 50 pounds consistently and for the duration of their shift
Has experience working in a warehouse doing shipping, receiving, and order picking
Has experience assisting operators and working with machinery
Ability to read and understand drawings and specification
Able to take and understand measurements in metric and imperial systems
Is able to work alone and with a team

Job Responsibility

Load/unload freight using stand-up reach forklifts and manual equipment
Stage freight in double deep racking with an extended Reach truck
Order picking and prepare shipping paperwork
Conduct inventory control and cycle counts using mobile barcode scanners
Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Job Responsibility

Responsible for all functions of the agency, including business development, financial management, strategic oversight, employee well-being and quality assurance
Identifies home health needs, resources and ensures the organization is in compliance with the rules and laws of regulatory agencies and that company policies and procedures are being followed
Identifies and provides counsel regarding the needs of the community, financial needs, professional practices, and health planning
Oversees and analyzes budgeting and agency fiscal activities
Maintains and updates agency policies/procedures and reporting activities
Employs, contracts, recruits, manages and directs qualified personnel to carry out agency policies and procedures
Ensures adequate staff education and evaluation
