Dot Net Applications Developer Technical Lead Analyst

• Manage one or more Applications Development teams
• Conduct personnel duties for team (performance evaluations, hiring and disciplinary actions)
• Utilize in-depth knowledge across multiple Applications Development areas
• Provide technical oversight across systems and applications
• Review and analyze proposed technical solutions for projects
• Contribute to formulation of strategies for applications development
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of how areas of business integrate
• Provide evaluative judgment based on analysis of factual data
• Monitor delivery of end results
• Participate in budget management
• Handle day-to-day staff management issues
• Ensure essential procedures are followed
• Contribute to defining standards
• Assess risk when business decisions are made
• Drive compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations
• Business domain understanding on Cross Border Fund Transfer area with country wise regulations
• Review application and solution design architecture pattern

• 15+ years of relevant experience in the Financial Service industry
• Experience as Applications Development & Support Manager
• Experience as senior level in an Applications Development & Delivery role
• Stakeholder and people management experience
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Proven Project, Business Analysis and Financial management skills
• Basic knowledge of industry practices and standards
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
• Master's degree preferred
• Must Have Technical Skill: C#.NET, Angular, SQL Server, OCR, REST API
