Job Description:

This position consists of a variety of duties including but not limited to customer service activities, operating a cash register, maintaining store conditions, and processing inventory.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manages customer check-out through the cash register
  • Stocks shelves (dry, frozen, or refrigerated) as needed
  • Applies lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position
  • Assists in merchandising product within the store
  • Assists in the cleaning of store shelves and immediate work area
  • Assists in identifying and pricing product ready to go to the floor
  • Assists in receiving and processing delivery trucks daily

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Professional, positive communication skills
  • Must be able to lift 50 Lbs

  • Enter and maintain loan, collateral, and closing data with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Track recorded documents, final title policies, and other post-closing items to complete each loan file
  • Coordinate funding, loan booking, and escrow setup to help ensure timely and accurate loan completion
  • Finalize closed loan packages, image file documentation, and prepare routine status or activity reports for management
