Job Description:

DORA Business Continuity Specialist position at Inetum, a European leader in digital services with 27,000 consultants specializing in digital transformation for businesses and public sector entities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Identify and analyze areas of risk related to business continuity and provide support in improving the BC capabilities
  • Work in partnership with all divisions to develop and update the Business Impact Analysis and corresponding Business Continuity Plans
  • Participate in organizing and coordinating the BC tests and exercises, identifying gaps and areas of improvement
  • Provide professional expertise in assessing the BC risk related to the outsourced activities
  • Ensure synchronization of BCM documentation and strategies with Group requirements, Disaster Recovery Plan and other dependencies
  • Provide active support and contribute to the coordination of real emergencies or crisis events
  • Development of comprehensive BC/CM trainings programs and participate in delivering the BC/CM trainings to relevant personnel
  • Participate and coordinate tasks in major projects regarding BC and Risk Management
  • Analyze risk-based scenarios, impact and document findings
  • Assess national and international legal developments and ensures the necessary updates of internal BCM/CM framework
  • Serve as liaison with internal departments, participate in internal/Group audits as necessary and provide and handle BC requirements for critical providers
  • Ensure the implementation of industry best practices in BC and CM

Requirements:

  • University degree
  • Experience of at least 3 years in Business Continuity Management activities
  • Knowledge of relevant ISO standards (ISO 22301:2019, ISO 27001:2017, ISO 22316:2017, ISO 31000:2018)
  • Relevant certifications such as CBCI, MBCI, CBCP or other BCM certification constitutes a plus
  • Project management and reporting skills
  • Control and monitoring techniques skills
  • Team player, self-motivated, well-organized, strong communicator, driven and committed
  • Creative ideas with problem solving mindset
  • Highest standard of ethics and integrity
  • Advanced English
