As Doorperson, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a lasting impression through a warm, gracious and professional welcome. You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience, delivering attentive service while maintaining the elegance and presence synonymous with the St. Regis brand. Job Responsibility
Welcome guests on arrival with warmth and professionalism, creating an exceptional first impression
Assist with opening doors, managing guest flow and supporting arrivals and departures
Coordinate with the Porter and Front Office teams to ensure smooth luggage handling and guest transitions
Provide information about the hotel, its facilities and local area when required
Monitor the hotel entrance, maintaining order, cleanliness and security at all times
Assist guests with transportation arrangements, including taxis and private vehicles
Maintain a visible and approachable presence outside the hotel, ensuring guest comfort and safety
Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly with a friendly and courteous approach
Support operational requests from Front Office and Concierge teams
Uphold brand standards in appearance, behaviour and service delivery at all times
Requirements
Previous experience in a guest‑facing role, ideally within a luxury hotel or hospitality environment
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high presentation and service standards
Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑standards environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and engaging manner
A proactive mindset, with the ability to anticipate guest needs and respond with confidence
Impeccable personal presentation, reflecting the elegance of a luxury brand
A collaborative approach, working closely with Reception, Concierge and Porter teams
Strong situational awareness, ensuring guest safety and smooth traffic flow at all times
Physical capability to meet the operational requirements of the role
