Job Description

The Doorman / Valet Parking Attendant creates a strong first and last impression for residents and guests, ensuring safe and efficient vehicle handling and a seamless arrival and departure experience. This role reports to the Guest Services Manager.

Job Responsibility

  • Welcome residents and guests and assist with arrivals and departures
  • Safely park and retrieve vehicles
  • Support with luggage handling and entrance operations
  • Maintain cleanliness and order of valet and entrance areas
  • Uphold Four Seasons service, safety, and quality standards

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Previous hospitality or guest service experience preferred
  • Professional communication skills and presentation
  • Physically able to lift and stand for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
