Join our pre-opening Front Office team as Door Attendant at Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay. Reporting to the Guest Services Supervisor, you will be one of the first points of contact for guests, delivering a warm welcome and personalized service from arrival to departure.
Job Responsibility:
Support pre-opening activities including setup of arrival and departure procedures, service standards, and training
Warmly greet guests upon arrival and assist with opening doors, handling luggage, and providing directions or information
Coordinate with Valet and Bell teams to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures
Manage the front entrance, maintaining a clean and organized space, and controlling traffic flow at the resort’s entrance
Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance and local recommendations
Handle VIP guests and special requests discreetly and professionally
Uphold Four Seasons service standards and act as a brand ambassador in every guest interaction
Monitor lobby entrance and report safety or security concerns promptly
Requirements:
Previous experience in a guest-facing role within luxury hospitality preferred
Pre-opening experience is a plus
Warm, engaging personality with a passion for guest service
Professional appearance and ability to remain composed during busy periods
Saudi Driver License, ability to drive
Suitable candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia
Fluency in English is essential
