Job Description:

A Canadian organization committed to social justice is looking for a Donations Secretary to join their team in the Plateau area of Montreal. You will be part of the philanthropic team and will help record donations and input data into the internal system.

Job Responsibility:

  • Administrative processing of donations: receiving, recording, and coordinating with internal teams
  • Database management and updates: data entry, ensuring information accuracy, and generating donation receipts
  • Administrative support: preparing letters, handling mailings, and following up on personalized communications
  • Front desk duties: welcoming donors and guiding them accordingly

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in similar administrative roles
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English
  • Experience with data entry in a CRM
  • Familiarity with Raiser’s Edge is an asset
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
