Job Responsibility:
Availability for evenings and weekends
Lead and motivate your team during shifts to deliver excellent service and quality
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently
Monitor product quality, speed of service, and order accuracy
Manage rotas and shift planning to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time
Support and coach team members to develop their skills and confidence
Maintain store standards, hygiene, and safety procedures at all times
Ensure all deliveries and food storage meet brand and food safety standards
Manage customer satisfaction and resolve any in-store issues professionally
Work with your Store Manager to drive sales and meet performance targets
Ensure compliance with Domino’s brand standards, health & safety, and security policies
Support local marketing initiatives and store promotions
Requirements:
Previous supervisory or management experience (hospitality, retail, or food service ideal)
A genuine passion for customer service and leading a team
Strong organisational and communication skills
The ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
