Domiciliary Palliative Care Worker

This role is specifically for our domiciliary palliative care role, supporting individuals with life limiting conditions to remain safe, comfortable, and cared for in their own homes. We deliver holistic support, including personal care, pain management assistance, emotional support, and companionship always delivered with dignity, sensitivity, and respect. As a Domiciliary Palliative Care Worker, you will support individuals approaching the final stages of life by delivering high quality, person centred care within their own homes. Your role will include assisting with personal care, helping manage symptoms in line with clinical instructions, providing emotional reassurance, and supporting families during a sensitive and challenging time. You will work alongside healthcare professionals (district nurses, GP teams, hospice staff) to ensure seamless, dignified care that enhances comfort and quality of life.
