Job Description:

This is a full-time and part-time on-site role as a Domiciliary Care Worker in Sittingbourne.

Job Responsibility:

Providing support and care to individuals in their own homes, ensuring their safety, well-being, and independence
Assisting with personal care, medication administration, meal preparation, household chores, and companionship

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Empathy and compassion for others
Ability to work well in a team
Reliability and punctuality
Basic knowledge of health and safety practices
Experience in the care industry is a plus but not necessary as training will be provided
Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is preferred
NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Health and Social Care is a plus but not essential
YOU MUST HAVE A CAR
20 hour sponsorship welcome. NO SPONSOR TRANSFER

Nice to have:

Experience in the care industry
