Job Description:

Due to the rapid expansion of our friendly and dynamic care company we are looking for enthusiastic kind hearted people who we can train to be carers.

Requirements:

  • Caring nature
  • Friendly attitude
  • Willingness to learn
  • We require some weekend work every other weekend
  • Right to work in the UK (please note we are not able to currently offer sponsorship)

  • Routes for progression such as Senior or Field Care Supervisor
  • Full induction which includes online training, face to face training and the opportunity to meet some of our carers and clients and see the run you will be working
  • Free mobile app giving access to our details careplans and activity lists
  • Messaging support groups in your area including your colleagues and team leader alongside on call for support and guidance over the phone
  • Know what you’re working in advance
  • 4 weekly paid with itemised payslips
  • Positive feedback recognition
  • Free DBS check
  • mileage at 30p a mile and travel time at your hourly rate separately
