Job Responsibility:
Represent clients in various family law matters, including divorce, child custody, and alimony cases
Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and client representation
Draft, review, and file legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and agreements
Advocate on behalf of clients during negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings
Provide comprehensive legal counsel and guidance to clients regarding their rights and options
Maintain compliance with state laws and ethical standards while managing cases
Work collaboratively with other attorneys and staff to achieve optimal outcomes for clients
Stay updated on changes in family law and legal precedents to enhance case strategies
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience practicing family law
Active Bar license in the state of New Hampshire
Strong knowledge of civil litigation principles and procedures
Excellent legal research and analytical skills
Proficient in drafting and reviewing legal documents
Effective communication and negotiation abilities
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism
