Job Responsibility

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the premises
Ensure efficient laundering of clothes, linens, and other washable items
Collect, sort, and wash laundry items
Operate washing machines, dryers, and ironing/pressing equipment
Fold, iron, and store laundered items
Label or identify personal laundry if required
Follow infection control procedures
Report faulty laundry equipment or maintenance issues
Clean designated areas including bedrooms, bathrooms, communal areas, and kitchens
Vacuum, dust, mop, disinfect surfaces, and remove rubbish

Job Responsibility

Ensuring a clean safe environment is provided for residents, visitors and staff
Following a daily schedule for cleaning within the home
Hoovering, dusting, polishing, shampooing carpets, mopping floors
Washing, ironing of residents clothes, linning
Ensuring all property goes back into the correct residents room
Completing other duties as required.
