Job Description:

We are looking for a Domestic Assistant who is dedicated to making every moment count, regardless of their qualifications or experience. Be part of our dedicated care team based in our Lynemore Care Home located in Grantown-on-Spey, an attractive tourist town and an ideal location from which to explore the majestic Cairngorms National Park.

Job Responsibility:

Cleaning all areas of the care home in accordance with cleaning schedules
Vacuuming, shampooing carpets, and cleaning communal areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and specialist rooms
Dusting, polishing furniture, cleaning windows, sanitizing surfaces, and refreshing rooms before new residents arrive
Emptying bins, cleaning vases, moving furniture for thorough cleaning, managing cleaning supplies, and reporting faulty equipment
Completing records and attending mandatory training and staff meetings

Requirements:

Adaptable and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Excellent communication skills
Ability to collaborate with the team
Adherence to Health and Safety and Infection Control policies
Must already have the right to work in the UK
