Job Description:

We are looking for a Domestic Assistant who is dedicated to making every moment count, regardless of their qualifications or experience. Be part of our dedicated care team within our Eilean Dubh Care Home located in Fortrose.

Job Responsibility:

Cleaning all areas of the care home in accordance with cleaning schedules
Vacuuming, shampooing carpets, and cleaning communal areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and specialist rooms
Dust, polish furniture, clean windows, sanitize surfaces, and refresh rooms before new residents arrive
Emptying bins, cleaning vases, moving furniture for thorough cleaning, managing cleaning supplies, and reporting faulty equipment
Adherence to Health and Safety and Infection Control policies
Completing records and attending mandatory training and staff meetings

Requirements:

Must have the right to work in the UK
Adaptable and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Excellent communication skills
Ability to collaborate with the team
