Job Description:

Kanda is a community Nursing and home support provider. We are currently seeking to engage the services of a handyman to assist our clients in Brisbanes Southern Suburbs with home maintenance jobs. You must be an ABN registered business with own equipment and insurances. Job numbers and length will vary throughout the year. This arrangement would ideally suit an individual looking to supplement an existing client base.

Job Responsibility:

  • Cleaning outside windows (single storey only)
  • Gutter Clearing
  • Lawn Mowing (only if client has a lawnmower)
  • Changing light bulbs
  • Changing smoke alarm batteries

Requirements:

  • Current Police Check - completed within last 12 months
  • Blue Card
  • 2 x professional references (from paid employers)
  • ABN Registered Number as well as income protection and public liability insurance
  • Your own car, car registration and car insurance
  • Covid Vaccinations X2
  • Experience in a comparable role
  • Customer focused approach

  • Good time management skills
