Job Description:

We're looking for Domestic Assistants to help keep our hospital spaces clean, fresh, and welcoming. You'll help ensure a safe and hygienic environment for patients, staff, and visitors by using modern cleaning methods and equipment across different areas including bathrooms, floors, carpets, and surfaces.

Job Responsibility:

Cleaning ceilings, windows, window frames, removing radiator covers to clean the radiators, vents, wall washing, changing curtains, steam cleaning of beds, cots and other fixtures and fittings
Transport high ladders, beds and cots around the hospital and be able to work at heights

Requirements:

GCSE level education or functional skills, or equivalent experience
Experience working in a domestic role
Experience working in a public facing environment
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks appropriately
Ability to pay close attention to detail and ensure accuracy

Nice to have:

Basic Food Hygiene
NVQ level 1&2 in Cleaning Sciences or equivalent
