Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead and manage the delivery of the North Somerset integrated domestic abuse service (North Somerset DASS). North Somerset domestic abuse service is a new integrated DA service delivering support to adults and children experiencing domestic abuse.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and manage the delivery and development of the North Somerset integrated domestic abuse service
  • Have oversight of service delivery
  • Lead on partnership working and collaboration across the county
  • Support all staff in their work, ensuring high quality and safe practice

Requirements:

  • Management experience
  • Demonstrable track record within the field of domestic abuse and/or health and social care
  • Wide-ranging understanding of all forms of domestic abuse
  • Ability to demonstrate passion for collaboration, partnership, strategic and service development

  • Support individuals to make meaningful changes, contributing to improved quality of life and safer outcomes—helping offenders move away from the criminal justice system
