Job Description

We are looking for a passionate E‑Commerce Intern ready to learn, grow, and contribute to our e‑commerce run activities.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist in the day-to-day operational tasks related to the running of the Brand website
  • Manage the online product catalogue
  • Coordinate product launches, promotions, and site content updates
  • Monitor transactions, returns and online inventory
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports
  • Track website KPIs and use data-driven insights to provide actionable recommendations
  • Monitor innovations in the luxury/jewelry industry, analyze competition, and share best practices
  • Support stock & sales reconciliation
  • Liaise with agencies, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Ecommerce, or a related field
  • Previous experience in e-commerce
  • Good knowledge of Google Analytics GA4
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in Italian and English

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Magento e-commerce platform, SEA and SEO
  • Knowledge of additional languages
