Job Description

Manage translated documents in PLM system. Collaborate with a local colleague in Chennai and two external translation coordinators in Hamburg. Maintain consistency and accuracy across documentation workflows.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage translated documents in PLM system: Receive translated documents from translation coordinators and perform non-linguistic quality checks using standardized internal checklists
  • Adapt document metadata in the corresponding PLM system
  • Upload finalized translations to Teamcenter or Windchill and initiate the release process
  • Collaborate with a local colleague in Chennai and two external translation coordinators in Hamburg
  • Occasionally adapt content, formatting or structure in documents
  • Maintain consistency and accuracy across documentation workflows

Requirements

  • MA English Literature graduation is must
  • 2+ years of experience in Proofreading area
  • Language-related certificates are a plus
