Job Description:

My client is a well established Agri-commodities company who is looking for a Documentation Executive with at least 2 years of related experience to join their edible oil desk.

Job Responsibility:

Draft and finalize export shipping documents include BL/Commercial invoice/COO/ Q&Q certificates
Liaise with trade, logistics, and sales departments to gather shipment and contract details
Ensure documentation aligns with contract terms and shipment requirements
Track vessel schedules and documentation deadlines

Requirements:

2+ years of related working experience in agri-commodities industry
Strong communication skills
Good working knowledge of MS Word & Excel
Experience with documentation
Strong attention to detail, organized, analytical mind, independent thinker
