Job Responsibility:

  • Receiving the trade operations transactions from the related unit manager, checking them to ensure compliance with all internal and external procedures and if not, addressing the customer's contact points to meet all the requirements
  • Follow up carrying out all transactions in time by the subordinated employees
  • Review and authorize the trade finance transactions ensuring high efficiency and effectiveness
  • Handling correspondents’ accounts and relations with proper care to ensure securing our bank's rights and its external relations
  • Ensure archiving files and records in a proper manner and the easy retrieval of them
  • Full knowledge of the work rules and procedures as well as all instructions from the regulatory authorities and ensuring fully compliance with them
  • Prepare and / or supervise the unit/departments different reports
  • Doing all that is necessary to tighten control over the review process in the unit and to ensure that there are no complaints from internal or external customers, and if any, they are resolved as soon as possible to ensure maintaining customer satisfaction, as well as taking the necessary measures to ensure non-repetition
  • Ensure staff oversight and delivery of periodic feedback, performance reviews including annual reviews of direct reports, setting staff objectives, staff training, and career development
  • Good appearance and full commitment to the institutional rules
  • Demonstrate high efficiency in communication skills
  • Perform any other tasks assigned to him

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in banking, especially in trade finance operations
  • Have high communication skills
  • The ability to resolve and make decisions and solve problems effectively and efficiently
  • Fluent in English
  • Good knowledge of computers and its applications in the work field
  • Strong knowledge of the international unified rules of the International Chamber of Commerce, as well as the laws and regulations issued by the regulatory authorities
