Job Description:

Receiving the trade operations transactions from the related direct manager, checking them to ensure compliance with all internal and external procedures and if not, addressing the customer's contact points to meet all the requirements (if required under advice to the direct supervisor). Carrying out the trade transactions efficiently and effectively. Ensure archiving files and records in a proper manner and the easy retrieval of them. knowledge of the work rules and procedures as well as all instructions from the regulatory authorities and ensuring compliance with them. Prepare the assigned different reports (relate to the unit/departments). Doing all that is necessary to tighten control over his processed transactions to ensure minimizing or eliminating the error probability. Good appearance and full commitment to the institutional rules. Demonstrate proper efficiency in communication skills. Perform any other tasks assigned to him.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Business Administration / Economics or its equivalent, from a reputable university
  • 0-3 years of experience
  • preferable Proper experience in banking, especially in trade finance operations
  • Fluent in English
  • Good knowledge of computers and its applications in the work field
  • Proper knowledge of the international unified rules of the International Chamber of Commerce, as well as the laws and regulations issued by the regulatory authorities
