Job Description

A leading transportation organization is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented professional to assist with a short-term document scanning and administrative support project. This position will support terminal operations by organizing, preparing, and scanning driver paperwork into the company's imaging system while helping standardize document management processes across locations. Prior to the assignment, candidates will participate in a paid virtual onboarding session via Microsoft Teams to review procedures, receive training materials, and ask questions regarding the project.

Job Responsibility

  • Organize and sort transportation and driver-related paperwork
  • Prepare documents for electronic imaging and scanning
  • Scan and upload documents accurately into the company's imaging system
  • Follow established procedures and project checklists to ensure consistency
  • Communicate professionally with terminal staff and provide assistance with document organization
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling company records
  • Complete all assigned scanning tasks within project deadlines

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic computer proficiency and comfort using scanners and electronic filing systems
  • Ability to follow written instructions and standardized procedures

  • Prior administrative, clerical, data entry, or document management experience preferred but not required
