Job Description:

The Document Scan Review Associate is responsible for reviewing physical documents after they have been scanned to ensure accuracy and completeness. This role plays a key part in quality control, verifying that documents, including checks, are scanned correctly and are free from errors or omissions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Review physical documents after scanning to confirm all items were captured accurately
  • Identify and flag mis-scanned or incomplete documents
  • Ensure checks and related materials align correctly with scanned records
  • Maintain focus and accuracy while performing repetitive, detail-heavy tasks
  • Follow established procedures and quality standards consistently
  • Meet daily productivity and accuracy expectations independently

  • Reviewing student records to ensure any discrepant or conflicting information is appropriately resolved, and documents same
  • Reviewing ISIR data to ensure c-codes are appropriately resolved and required verification items are requested, and document actions or resolutions are fully in the student electronic file
  • Assisting students and parents with directions for requesting FSA User IDs, and online completion of FAFSAs (Free Application for Federal Student Aid), MPNs (Master Promissory Notes), and online student loan entrance and exist counseling
  • Providing in-person student loan counseling for those who are unable to complete online counseling
