We are looking for a detail-oriented Document Review Specialist to support document handling and quality review activities for a Contract position based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. In this role, you will help maintain accurate records by organizing, scanning, and validating a high volume of materials while ensuring documentation is complete and easy to retrieve. Job Responsibility
Review incoming files for completeness, accuracy, and proper formatting before they are entered into document systems
Scan paper records and convert physical materials into organized digital files with clear indexing and naming conventions
Compile documents from multiple sources to create complete, traceable record sets for internal use
Maintain document control standards by sorting, categorizing, and filing records in accordance with established procedures
Identify missing, inconsistent, or unclear information and escalate issues to the appropriate team members for resolution
Support record retrieval requests by locating and preparing documents quickly and accurately
Perform routine quality checks to confirm scanned images and stored files are legible, complete, and correctly associated
Assist with updates to document repositories, including transferring or reorganizing files when process changes require it
Requirements
Experience working in document control, records management, or a similar document-focused administrative environment
Practical ability to scan, organize, and compile large volumes of documentation with a high degree of accuracy
Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect discrepancies, omissions, and filing errors
Proficiency using office technology and digital filing systems to manage electronic and paper records
Ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple document workflows at the same time
Clear written and verbal communication skills for coordinating document issues and status updates
