Job Description

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Document Review Specialist to support legal and compliance-related projects through the review, organization, and analysis of large volumes of documents. This role requires strong analytical skills, accuracy, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while working in a deadline-driven environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Review, analyze, and categorize documents for relevance, privilege, confidentiality, and key issues
  • Identify and flag sensitive or critical information in accordance with project guidelines
  • Maintain accuracy and consistency while reviewing high volumes of documentation
  • Organize and manage electronic files and databases
  • Communicate findings and escalate concerns to legal team members or project leads as needed
  • Assist with quality control and ensure adherence to review protocols
  • Support litigation, regulatory, compliance, or internal investigation matters
  • Meet productivity and deadline expectations for assigned review projects

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in document review, legal support, records management, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
  • Familiarity with legal documents, confidentiality standards, and review procedures
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and document management or eDiscovery platforms preferred
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

  • Prior experience supporting litigation or compliance review projects
  • Experience with eDiscovery software such as Relativity or similar platforms
  • Paralegal certificate, JD, or legal studies background preferred
