Job Responsibility

  • Review legal and case-related records to identify relevance, privilege, and responsiveness for discovery matters
  • Organize and retrieve electronically stored information from designated platforms, including materials requested by a state agency
  • Assist attorneys with discovery production by preparing documents, tracking deliverables, and helping ensure deadlines are met
  • Conduct detailed document analysis for active matters using e-discovery and case management tools

Requirements

  • 2+ YOE as a paralegal with strong exposure to discovery and document-intensive matters
