Job Responsibility:
Review and analyze legal and financial documents for accuracy and completeness
Proofread comments provided by legal and accounting professionals to ensure clarity and compliance
Perform account reconciliations to verify and balance financial data
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently
Handle billing tasks, including invoice generation and tracking
Enter and maintain accurate financial data into relevant systems
Process invoices with attention to detail and timeliness
Utilize tools such as Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP to manage financial records
Collaborate with team members to optimize document management workflows
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance-related roles
Proficiency in account reconciliation and accounts payable/receivable processes
Strong skills in billing, invoice processing, and data entry
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
