Looking for a fresh start as we head into 2026? We are looking for a Document Handler to join a well established company in the heart of Downtown Toronto to support their operations for a 6 month contract.

Job Responsibility:

  • Closing of Mail bags
  • Scanning of Mail bags
  • Bag in process to replace the dispatched mail bags
  • Sorting of documents and daily reports. At the same time using the tracking sheet for some of the reports that needs tracking
  • Filing of reports of reports and dispatching them

Requirements:

  • Highschool Diploma or grater
  • Must be able to pass Credit check and Background check

Nice to have:

Accuracy and attention details would be a plus
