Job Description

Document Coordinator - 6 Month Contract - Must be available immediately. As our document coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the team to locate, review and organise key documents for historic cases.

Job Responsibility

  • Maintain accurate records of findings and actions taken
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to clarify missing information, resolve discrepancies and escalate issues
  • Assess the relevance and completeness of documents
  • Locate, review and organise, offer letters, and terms of business and other documents relevant to sales cases

Requirements

  • Must have experience in an office environment as an administrator or coordinator
  • Must have strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to be patient, resilient and speak up when needed

Nice to have

Previous motor industry/commissions experience is highly desirable
