Document Coordinator - 6 Month Contract - Must be available immediately. As our document coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the team to locate, review and organise key documents for historic cases.
Job Responsibility:
Maintain accurate records of findings and actions taken
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to clarify missing information, resolve discrepancies and escalate issues
Assess the relevance and completeness of documents
Locate, review and organise, offer letters, and terms of business and other documents relevant to sales cases
Requirements:
Must have experience in an office environment as an administrator or coordinator
Must have strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to be patient, resilient and speak up when needed
Nice to have:
Previous motor industry/commissions experience is highly desirable
