Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Organising and maintaining project documentation in a systematic manner
Assisting in the preparation and distribution of reports, manuals, and other essential documents
Ensuring all documents are up to date and compliant with industry standards
Collaborating with project teams to ensure seamless communication and documentation flow
Conducting regular audits of documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness

Requirements:

Previous experience in document control or a similar administrative role
Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail
Proficiency in document management software and MS Office Suite
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
A positive attitude and a knack for problem-solving
