Job Description:

We are currently looking for a Document Controller to join our M-Renewables team in our Thessaloniki offices. Your role will encompass creating and updating document control procedures, setting up VDRs, reviewing and verifying documents, distributing and tracking documents, working closely with various teams, maintaining document registers, ensuring document security, resolving issues, preparing reports, and supporting Q&As.

Job Responsibility:

Creating and updating document control procedures and policies for the department
Set up VDRs with all necessary files and documents related to Renewable’s projects
Reviewing and verifying documents for quality, accuracy, and completeness
Distributing and tracking documents among the project teams, stakeholders, and clients
Work closely with project managers, engineers, financial analysts, legal teams, and other stakeholders to gather all necessary information
Maintaining document registers, logs, and indexes
Ensuring document security and confidentiality
Resolving document-related issues and queries
Preparing reports and statistics
Supporting Q&As by providing document evidence

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field
At least 1 year of experience as a document controller or a similar role in the renewable sector
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management software
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail, accuracy, and quality
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
