Job Description

Mint Selection is supporting renewable energy and grid infrastructure projects and is seeking experienced Document Controllers, PMO professionals, and Project Administrators for contract opportunities. These positions will support project coordination, reporting, and document management activities across renewable energy construction and engineering projects.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage project documentation including drawings, permits, and testing records
  • Maintain document control systems in line with project and quality requirements
  • Support reporting, trackers, and project administration activities
  • Coordinate communication between project teams and stakeholders
  • Support audits and regulatory compliance activities
  • Ensure project records are maintained accurately and efficiently

Requirements

  • Previous document control, PMO, or project administration experience within infrastructure, engineering, or energy sectors
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Experience using document management systems and reporting tools
  • Ability to work within fast paced project environments
  • Renewable energy or construction project experience preferred
