Job Responsibility

  • Manage Engineering Deliverables: Control the intake, validation, and distribution of engineering designs, drawings, and datasheets
  • Process Technical Transmittals: Issue and track all formal project correspondences, submittals, and transmittals
  • Maintain EDMS Systems: Register, upload, and update metadata within Electronic Document Management Systems
  • Enforce Numbering Standards: Verify that all document numbering, naming, and formatting strictly follow company and client protocols
  • Track Expiry & Deadlines: Monitor outstanding document reviews and issue automated status alerts to project teams
  • Ensure Revision Control: Maintain absolute traceability of historical revisions to eliminate the use of outdated engineering files
  • Generate Progress Reports: Compile weekly or monthly documentation status reports for project managers

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-years relevant experience in the implementation of Information/ Document management systems and processes in the Oil & Gas industry
  • Familiar with using EDMS software
  • Familiar with using Aconex software
  • Associate Degree/Diploma

  • Define role, responsibilities and authorities for reportees
  • Delivering the detail engineering design scopes in accordance with the approved budget and baseline schedule
  • Ensure detail design engineering activities are performed in compliance with MDR Quality Management System Procedures and project specific procedures/plans
  • Monitor and manage the detail engineering design risk profile & mitigation measures with assistance from relevant departments
