We are currently working with multiple clients for Data Centre projects in Malaysia.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee the entire document lifecycle, from creation to archiving
  • Ensure all documents are accurately labeled, categorized, and stored in a secure and accessible manner
  • Implement and enforce document control procedures to maintain compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies
  • Track revisions, updates, and changes to documents, ensuring that the most current versions are available to relevant stakeholders
  • Facilitate controlled access to documents, managing permissions and ensuring the right individuals or teams have appropriate access levels

Requirements:

  • At least 5-8 years of experience in Document Control within the construction industry
  • Proficient in EDMS software (eg. Aconex, Sharepoint, Procore, etc)

Nice to have:

Proficiency in conversing in Mandarin will have an advantage
