F&M Ingegneria is looking for a Document Controller to join its headquarters in Mirano (VE). The candidate will oversee the coordination of documentation for international projects within the Infrastructure sector, working closely with the design team and the Project Manager.
Job Responsibility:
creating and managing the document control system for project documentation
ensuring the consistency of design drawings and documentation
ensuring that document issuance aligns with schedules and contractual requirements
collaborating with the Project Manager to define weekly priorities
supporting audits, project teams, contractors, and clients on all documentation-related matters, including preparing brief PowerPoint presentations to coordinate various inputs and update clients on project progress
Requirements:
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience as a Document Controller on construction or infrastructure projects, in either the design or construction phase
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Good written and spoken English (level between B2 and C1)
Strong aptitude for document control procedures, numbering systems, and revision management
High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
