Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Document Control Specialist to join our team on a short-term basis in SEATAC, Washington. In this role, you will utilize your expertise in content administration and HR document management to support daily operations. This position requires proficiency in tools like SharePoint and Adobe Acrobat handling to ensure efficient and accurate HR document processing.

Job Responsibility

  • Create, edit, and format documents using word processing software to meet project specifications
  • Manage and organize document repositories within SharePoint for streamlined access and collaboration
  • Convert and process documents into PDF format while ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards
  • Assist in SharePoint administration tasks, including user permissions and feature configurations
  • Collaborate with HR teams to maintain document consistency and resolve formatting issues
  • Monitor and update SharePoint features to optimize functionality and user experience
  • Review and proofread HR documents for errors and discrepancies before final submission
  • Maintain organized records of processed Human Resources documents for reference and reporting

Requirements
