Job Responsibility:
Assess and analyze hard copy records accumulated over 40 years to identify essential information
Utilize templates and guidelines to index and catalog documents for streamlined access and compliance
Sort and organize records into categories such as legal, financial, maintenance, and resident communications
Safeguard confidentiality while preparing non-essential documents for secure disposal
Collaborate with office staff and board members to address document-related questions and verify information
Ensure all organized files are stored in alignment with established condominium association protocols
Support light administrative tasks related to document management and office organization when needed
Requirements:
Proven experience in document control or recordkeeping roles
Familiarity with legal or compliance-related documentation
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
