We are seeking a dedicated Document Control Intern that is currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in engineering or related degree field. This opportunity is ideal for students pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field of study who are eager to apply their academic knowledge in a professional, real-world environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Contribute to data management process improvements by assisting with analysis, organization, and optimization of project data workflows
  • Support the collection, analysis, and reporting of performance metrics, providing valuable insights to project stakeholders
  • Assist in the preparation and issuance of project documentation, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with project standards

Requirements:

  • Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related degree field
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
