Job Description

Calling all recent post-secondary graduates! Stacey Danley at Aplin has partnered with our client, a research facility on the south side of Winnipeg, on the search for a Document Control Coordinator. This 3-month contract, with the possibility of extension, is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate to gain work experience in a science-related field.

Job Responsibility

  • Identify and review documentation errors or discrepancies
  • Classify, file, and store records
  • Reconcile and archive records, ensuring data integrity
  • Support the quality team with other clerical duties as needed

Requirements

  • Minimum Grade 12 education
  • Post-secondary education in a scientific field is an asset
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • An eye for detail and accuracy
